We will never sell your data. We will never give it away. We will never distribute, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Your data belongs to you, and we treat it with the respect it deserves.
2. What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service: your account information (email address, name), content you create (posts, captions, media uploads), AI chat conversations and generated suggestions, connected social media account tokens, and basic usage analytics to improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Ada platform. This includes scheduling and publishing your content, generating AI-powered suggestions, syncing with your connected social media accounts, and providing customer support.
4. Data Sharing Within Dewbit AS Group
Your data may be accessed by other companies within the Dewbit AS corporate group for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving our services. All group companies are bound by the same privacy standards and data protection obligations as Dewbit AS. Your data will never leave the group for third-party use.
5. Third-Party Services
To provide certain features, we use trusted third-party infrastructure services (hosting, storage, AI providers). These providers process data solely on our behalf under strict data processing agreements. They have no right to use your data for their own purposes. We carefully vet all providers for GDPR compliance.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), secure session management, and access controls. Social media tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
