2. Description of Service
Ada is a social media scheduling and content management platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content to Instagram and other social media platforms. The Service includes AI-powered features for content generation.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service may generate content suggestions using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is provided as-is, and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Sub-Processors
To provide the Service, we use the following third-party data processors (sub-processors) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements: • OpenAI (San Francisco, USA) — AI text and image generation. Processes content prompts and uploaded media to generate captions, suggestions, and images. • Anthropic (San Francisco, USA) — AI text generation and chat. Processes conversation history and content prompts for AI-powered chat and caption suggestions. • Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Germany) — Cloud hosting and object storage. Hosts the application infrastructure, database, and media file storage. All sub-processors are contractually bound to process your data only on our instructions and in accordance with GDPR. We maintain an up-to-date list and will notify users of any changes to sub-processors.
